I am a professional coach with a wealth of experience gained from senior roles in corporate settings and in private practice. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading large, diverse teams in the UK and in ASX listed Australian organisations. I’ve also worked closely with professionals navigating career transitions across a broad range of industries and sectors.
I bring a practical, real-world perspective to my coaching. I understand firsthand the pressures that come with leading teams, making high-stakes decisions and driving change within large organizations. In addition to my corporate background, I’m passionate about helping individuals through career transitions—whether that’s moving into a new leadership role, pivoting industries, or stepping into entrepreneurship. I’ve worked with clients at all stages of their professional journey, helping them build clarity, confidence and a sense of direction.
I hold a Master of Organisational Coaching from The University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Performance Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I am certified in various coaching and career transition psychometric instruments and a registered Mental Fitness Champion. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association.
